Hilltop Gardeners Garden Club Announces November 12 Meeting to be held at Oswego Restaurant

Hilltop Gardeners will meet on Thursday, November 12, from 9 to 11:00 a.m. Megan Dell’Aringa, Floral Designer from Floral Expressions in Oswego, will teach “Decorating for the Holidays.” The club will meet in the room adjacent to the Oswego Family Restaurant, 69 S.
