Hollywood Reviews Teen-Created TV Pilot episodes launching Feb 1!

Did teens from LA and Chicago create television's next hit shows?

Rock Island, IL: The “world’s worst psychic” Janey Beth solves a mystery with her Youtube star wannabe best friend Gwen, while imperfect genetic children make their way in a perfect world, in two TV pilots that will go head-to- head in a friendly competition for views starting February 1. Did teens from LA and Chicago create the TV’s hit shows?

Gwen’s World of Weird presented by AT&T and MISKITS presented by Subway will be reviewed by
Hollywood heavyweights from Amazon Studios, Disney Channel, National Geographic and more!

Teens created the pilots from start to finish, learning casting, set and costume design, and then training
on tech equipment. On set, they rotated through each position including filming, audio, slate, lighting, continuity, and much more. They even got a chance to try their hands at editing.

Synopses:
Gwen’s World of Weird presented by AT&T features wannabe YouTube celebrity Gwen and her
psychic best friend, Janey Beth Walker. As mysteries unfold at their high school, Gwen has her
camera trained on Janey Beth - thinking Janey Beth's predictions are her shot at fame. Unfortunately, Janey Beth never sees anything worthwhile..but in this weird world, it’s the small
predictions that really add up to crack the case.

In the near-future world of MISKITS hopeful parents can order genetically perfect children. A technical wonder except for a few slight mishaps. Sweet, motherly Junie’s legs fall off at
inopportune moments. Frank is a 4 year-old boy trapped in a 40 year-old body, while his sister
Sophie is a pint-sized mastermind. But imperfections are no reason to be put out to pasture. Can these kids change their destiny?
