Bringing extra holiday cheer to those most in need, Aurora Animal Control and Care is

partnering with Toys for Tots to ensure every child has a gift to unwrap and every pet a warm

and caring forever home this holiday season.

Bring in a new, unwrapped toy to Aurora Animal Control and Care to donate to Toys for Tots,

and receive reduced adoption fees for the furry feline or dapper dog of your choice. Instead of

the standard $90 fee, cats will be available for just a $10 adoption fee. Dogs will be just $25.

Still included in that reduced fee are vaccinations, spaying or neutering, microchipping and City

of Aurora pet registration. The discounted rate is available thanks to the generosity of

Megadata Consulting and their participation in the Spay Illinois Sponsor-A-Spay Day program,

as well as the participation of the Fox Valley Animal Welfare League.

holiday season brighter, both for children in need, and for the fabulous pets here at our shelter

who desperately want to spend this holiday season with their new forever families,” said Rick
