Huge Housing Development Proposed for Oswego

Plan calls for 1,400 to 1,600 new homes.

A developer is proposing building a large subdivision on farmland at the southwest corner of Route 30 and Wolf’S Crossing Road in Oswego.

The project, known as Hudson Pointe, would consist of a 534.6-acre mixed use residential and commercial development in Will and Kendall counties, the Naperville Sun reported.

A public hearing on the proposal is scheduled for the Nov. 6 Oswego Plan Commission meeting, set for 7 p.m. at Village Hall, 100 Parkers Mill.
