Jan. 22

Police are investing an identity theft. Someone used the victim’s social security card.

Natosha Jones, 35, of the 3100 block of W. Heritage Dr., was charged with obstructing identification and driving while license suspended. The arrest occurred at Douglas and Barnaby.

A 16-year-old Oswego juvenile was charged with assault.

Jan. 23

Peter J. Becker, 32, of the 12300 block of S. Heggs Rd. in Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence and no lights when required.

Police took a report of a credit card used without authorization.

William D. Loberg, Jr., 28, of the 100 block S. Main St. in Montgomery, was charged with violation of order of protection and violation of bail bond. The arrest occurred at 265 Chicago Rd.

Jan. 24

Police took a report of a burglary in the 500 block of Boulder Hill Pass.

Erich Dillenburg, 55, of the 0-100 block of Marnel Rd. in Montgomery, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving under the influence. The arrest occurred at Route 30 and Route 34.

Jan. 25

Police took a report of an unlawful use of a credit card. Someone charged 54.30 on a debit card without authorization.

Simeon N. Handy, 28, of the 300 block of Bucktail, was charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license. The arrest occurred at Chicago Road and Bednarcik.

Police took a report of an identification theft.

Audrey J. Lovejoy, 19, of the 11500 block of Century Circle in Plainfield, was charged with consumption of alcohol and possession of cannabis. The arrest occurred at 339 Douglas

Christina Wojciechowski, 19, of the 100 block of Chelsea Ave. in Sugar Grove, was charged with possession of cannabis. The arrest occurred at 339 Douglas Rd.
