All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 13

Darren S. Fuson, 26, of the 2000 block of Farmington Lakes, was charged with criminal damage to property. The incident occurred at Farmington Lakes and Springbrook Trail.

May 15

Police are investigating an identity theft incident.

Christine Velazquez, 20, of the 200 block of Stuart Ave. in Aurora, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor. The incident occurred at Route 34 and Mason.

May 16

Alysia C. Sanders, 24, of the 300 block of Wolverine, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred in the 0-100 block of Fifth Street.

Police responded to the 1900 block of Weisbrook Dr. for a burglary after the victim discovered that her storage unit had been broken into.

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of cannabis at school.

May 18

Bernard D. Watson, 22, of the 8600 block of S. Damen in Chicago, was charged with aggravated domestic battery. The incident occurred at 2700 Rt. 34 and Douglas Rd.

May 19

Victim reported that a Sprint account was fraudulently opened in their name and was charged $800.
