On October 13 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Hilltop Gardeners garden club will offer a program by the Preservation Partners of the Fox Valley called “Images of Tranquility.” The speaker will be Hannah Walters, who is the Director of the Fabyan Villa Museum and the Japanese Garden in Geneva. She will include a PowerPoint presentation with amazing views offering inspiration to gardeners, as well as her own thoughts and suggestions on creating a meditation garden at home.
After starting the morning with refreshments at 9:00, the program follows a short business meeting and runs from approximately 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. There is no cost and anyone who is interested is invited to attend. Please direct questions to Diane at 630-551-1970 or Valerie at vgierhart@aol.com.
