Come play, sponsor or donate a prize to the Kendall County Benefit Golf outing. The entry fee is $100 which includes golf, cart and steak buffet following.
You can be an event or hole sponsor for only $100. Here’s what you get for your money. Your business gets recognition from the participants and others at Bliss Creek Golf Course on June 20 through tee box signs. Or donate a door prize, we can pick it up! A list of sponsors is given to each player. The sponsors list will be posted at the fairgrounds as well. You will be mailed a one-day pass to the fair so you can see what you have helped build. (This year’s fair is August 2-5.) Entry deadline is June 13.

You can send a check directly to the Kendall County Fair Association, PO Box 149, Yorkville IL 60560 or drop off your donation in Yorkville at the Farm Bureau at 111 E. Van Emmon or the Extension Office at 7775B IL Rt. 47. Contact Dan Reedy 630-553-7403 for more information. Forms are also available online at go.illinois.edu/kendallfairgolf. You can sponsor a foursome for $400, just $100 a player. Forms are also available online.
Funds generated by the outing are used toward the operation of the Kendall County Fairgrounds where the Kendall County Fair and 4-H Show are held. Players compete in Cash prizes for the winning team and the top mixed team; Men’s, Women’s, and Senior’s prizes for longest drive; Men’s and Women’s prizes for closest to the pin; Longest putt; Hole-in-One prizes on all par threes and we have 2 Gaming Holes and 50/50 raffle.
In addition to your support of the golf outing, we hope you will attend the fair. Hole-Sponsors will receive a one-day pass to the fair. The Kendall County Fair & 4-H Show will be held August 2-5 at the site established in 1992 on Route 71, south of Yorkville. You may also want to take in the 4-H Livestock Auction on Saturday evening.
The Fair Association objectives include furthering the educational opportunities of the 4-H program, while including the 4-H show as part of the fair. Recognition for project and personal accomplishments promotes positive youth development. Thanks for your support of the 4-H program and the Kendall County Fair.
