Kendall County Sheriff’s Office New Deputy

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office has hired a new deputy to fill a vacancy in the Corrections Division. Jeffrey Kurinec was sworn in on July 22, 2021, by Sheriff Dwight Baird to fill a vacancy in the Corrections Division.
Deputy Kurinec studied at the College of DuPage. He worked as a Territory Representative at Ecolab before being hired by the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Kurinec will be attending the five-week Basic Corrections Training Academy which will begin on July 26th. Upon completion of the academy, Deputy Kurinec will be paired with an experienced field training officer for a rigorous 11-week field training program.
