2021-2556 Theft; On 8/13/2021 at 7:45 Pm Deputies respond to the 0-99 block of Light Rd in Oswego Township for a report of Theft. The incident is under investigation.

2021-2556 Theft

 2021-2554, Warrant arrest:  On 09/13/2021 at approximately 6:20 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of 1000-1500 Route 30, Oswego Township for a report of a citizen assist.  While on scene Victor M. Gutierrez, a 29 year old male from the 1000-1500 block of Route 30, Oswego Township, was taken into custody on an active Kane County warrant for no valid driver’s license.  Bond was set at $2,000 x 10%.  Gutierrez was transported to Kendall County Corrections for processing.
