2021-0863, Accident with Injuries: On 03-31-21 at 5:52 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries on Route 52 near Grove Road in Seward Township. Amy Stoewsand, a 51-year-female from the 2000 block of North 3569th Road in Serena, and Glendon Reimann, an 86-year-old male from the 2000 block of North 3650th Road in Serena, were transported to Morris Hospital by Minooka EMS for non-life-threatening injuries.  A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited for disobeying a stop sign.

2021-0864, Harassment by Telephone: On 04-01-21 at 1:15 a.m., deputies responded to a report of harassment by telephone in the 0-100 block of West Front Road in Big Grove Township.  The investigation is ongoing.

2021-0865, Trespass to Motor Vehicle: On 4-1-21 at 1:48 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Pueblo Road in Oswego Township for a report of trespass to motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.   

2021-0866 and 2021-0867, Domestic Battery and In-State Warrant: On 4-1-21 at 3:30 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Pueblo Road in Oswego Township for a report of a fight in progress. Izaias Diaz, a 33-year-old male from the 0-100 block of Pueblo Road in Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer. Additionally, Diaz was taken into custody for a Kendall County aggravated assault warrant. The bond on the warrant was set at $5,000, 10% to apply. Diaz was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
