2021-1389, Domestic Battery: On 05/26/21 at 4:45 a.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The matter remains under investigation.

2021-1390, Theft: On 05/26/21 at 7:13 a.m., deputies responded to the 1100 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1394, Criminal Sexual Assault: On 05/26/21 at 9:37 a.m., deputies opened an investigation into a reported case of criminal sexual assault which was determined to have occurred approximately 20 years ago outside of Kendall County. The matter was forwarded to the appropriate jurisdiction for further investigation.

2021-1406, No Valid Driver’s License: On 05/26/2021 at 8:51 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 31 and Light Road for speeding. The driver, Ayesha Scott, a 39-year-old female from the 100 block of Park Drive in Montgomery, was cited for no valid Driver’s License and released on her own recognizance.
