2021-2538, DUI: On 09/12/21 at 1:38 a.m., deputies responded to the area of Ridge Rd. south of Route 126 in Na-Au-Say Township where Plainfield Police were on scene with an individual asleep in his vehicle. Ramon Martin Gutierrez, a 29-year-old male from the 5000 block of Kingsbury Estates Ln. in Plainfield, was arrested for driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, and a failure to appear warrant out of Kane County for driving while license suspended with a $3000 bond 10% to apply and a $75 FTA fee. Gutierrez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-2539/20212540, Traffic Crash with Injury/DUI: On 09/12/21 at 4:12 a.m., deputies responded to the area of Fox RD and W. Highpoint RD in Fox Township. Richard Roble, a 28-year-old male from the 400 block of Assembly RD in Bolingbrook, was transported to Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora for non-life threatening injuries. Roble was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was transported to the Kendall County Jail after he was released from the hospital.
