2021-2697, Trespassing: On 09/24/21 at 5:47 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded the 1000 block of US Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report that a subject who had previously been trespassed from a business was present at the business. This matter is under investigation.

2021-2699, Traffic crash with injuries: On 09/25/21 at 12:27 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle traffic crash on Walker Rd. east of Grove Rd. in Na-Au-Say Township. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was identified as Christian A. Perez, an 18-year-old male from the 600 block of Romeo Rd., Romeoville, IL. Christian sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment.
2021-2700, No Valid Driver’s License: On 09/25/21 at 12:27 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle traffic crash on Walker Rd. east of Grove Rd. in Na-Au-Say Township. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was identified as Christian A. Perez, an 18-year-old male from the 600 block of Romeo Rd., Romeoville, IL. Christian was found to not have a valid driver’s license and was cited for no valid driver’s license and too fast for conditions. He was released on personal recognizance and given a court date.
The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
