2021-2837/2021-2839, Accident with no injuries/ Driving under the Influence: On 10/07/21 at 6:30am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 100 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of an accident. During the investigation, Misael Villegas Mendoza, a 23-year-old male from the 4000 block of Gage Ave, Lyons was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.

2021-2837/2021-2839, Accident with no injuries/ Driving under the Influence:

2021-2840, Traffic Crash with Injuries: On 10/07/21 at 7:47 a.m., Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Wolf Road at Douglas Road, Oswego Township, for a report of a 3 car accident involving: Jill M. Lee, a 52-year old female from the 1300 block of Marengo Ct., Naperville, Daisy J. Copeland a 43-year old female from the 500 block of Springbrook Trail, Oswego, and Zainab Sultan from the 400 block of Treasure Dr., Oswego. Sultan was transported to Rush-Copley Hospital in Aurora by the Oswego Fire Protection District for non-life threatening injuries.

2021-2845, Theft over $500: On 10/07/21 at 11:29 a.m., Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Curtmar Court, Oswego Township, for a report of a theft over $500. The incident is under investigation.

2021-2859, Domestic Battery: On 10/07/21 at approximately 6:24 p.m., deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in the 0-99 block of East Lyncliff Drive in Bristol Township. After investigation, Ashlynn Sloan, a 19-year-old female from the 200 block of Maple Street in Sugar Grove, was arrested for domestic battery. Sloan was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-2862, Domestic Battery: On 10/07/2001 at approximately 8:19 p.m., sheriff’s deputies took a report of a Domestic Battery and Criminal Sexual Assault that occurred in the 100 block of Circle Drive West of Oswego Township.  The incident is still under investigation.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
