2021-3000, Identity Theft: On 10/21/21 at 11:05am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Red Gate Ln, Fox Township, for a report of identity theft. The incident is under investigation.

2021-3001, Theft: On 10/21/21 at 11:34am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 9000 block of RT34, Bristol Township, for a report of a theft. The incident is under investigation.
2021-3006, Criminal Damage to Property: On 10/21/21 at approximately 9:47 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 0-99 block of Ingleshire Rd., Oswego Township, for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.
2021-2990, Hit and Run: On 10/21/21 at approximately 8:20 p.m., deputies followed up on a hit and run report from the previous day. During the investigation, Brenda Y. Romo-Rivas, a 35-year-old female, from the 2400 block of Georgetown Circle, Aurora, was cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Romo-Rivas was released on a recognizance bond and provided a mandatory court date.
The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
