2021-3018, Criminal Trespass to Property: On 10/22/2021 at 10:30 p.m., Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a Criminal Trespass to Property. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-3019, In-State Warrant: On 10/22/2021 at 10:30 p.m., Deputies were investigating a Criminal Trespass to Property in the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Adriana J. Chavez, a 30-year-old female from the 1000 block of Route 30 in Aurora, who was wanted on a Kane County warrant for Failure to Appear for Unlawful Restraint (bond set at $10,000/10% plus $75 FTA fee), an Aurora Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (bond set at $2,000/10% plus $75 FTA fee), an Aurora Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear Violation of an Order of Protection (bond set at $10,000/10% plus $75 FTA fee), and an Aurora police warrant for Failure to Appear Violation of Order of Protection (bond set at $10,000/10% plus $75 FTA fee). Chavez was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Kendall County jail for processing.

2021-3020, Domestic Battery: On 10/22/21 at 11:29 p.m., deputies responded to the 1200 block of Game Farm Road in Bristol Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-3021, Dog Bite: On 10/22/2021 at 10:30 p.m., Deputies were investigating a Criminal Trespass to Property in the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township, when a Deputy was bitten by a dog. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-3022, Motor Vehicle Theft: On 10/22/21 at 10:50 p.m., deputies responded to the 300 block of IL Route 31 in Oswego Township for a report of a motor vehicle theft. The investigation is ongoing.

 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
