2021-3069, In-State Warrant: On 10/29/2021 at 12:32 a.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Orchard Rd. in Bristol Township for a warrant service. Joseph A. Morales, a 33-year-old male from the 1000 block of N. Marywood in Aurora, was taken into custody on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for domestic battery ($5000 with 10% to apply). Morales was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
