2021-3071, Identity theft: On 10-29-21 at 8:55 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in the 0-99 block of Hunter Rd. in Oswego Township for an identity theft report.  This matter is under investigation.

2021-3071, Identity theft:

2021-3083, Battery: On 10-29-21 at 11:13 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Pembrooke Road in Oswego Township for a report of a battery. The victim declined to sign complaints at this time. 

2021-3086, DUI: On 10-30-21 at 2:40 a.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle crash in the 13000 block of Grove Rd. in Seward Township. During the investigation, Aaron C. Leach, a 40-year-old male from the 5000 block of Francis Ave. in Countryside was taken into custody for DUI. Leach was transported to the Kendall County jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
