2021-3099, Domestic Battery: On 10/31/21 at 12:57 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched for a domestic battery which had occurred in the 200 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township. At the conclusion of the investigation, Andrew S. McReynolds, a 31-year-old male from the 200 block of Boulder Hill Pass was taken into custody for domestic battery. McReynolds was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-3101, Identity Theft: On 10/31/21 at 8:33 a.m., sheriff’s deputies took a report for identity theft in the 5000 block of Danielle Lane, Kendall Township. The incident is under investigation.
2021-3102, Traffic Crash with Injuries: On 10/31/21 at 9:52 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the intersection of Route 126 and Schlapp Road, Na Au Say Township, for a report of a traffic crash with injuries. Megha Patel, a 24-year male from the 900 block of Nightshade Lane, Shorewood was transported to Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora by Oswego Fire Protection District Medics for non-life threatening injuries. Patel was also cited for Failure to Yield at an Intersection.
2021-3103, Identity Theft: On 10/31/21 at 11:28 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1100 block of Light Road, Oswego Township, for an identity theft report. The incident is under investigation.
2021-3104, Domestic Battery: On 10/31/21 at 11:25 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Springdale Road, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The incident is under investigation.
2021-3106, Domestic Battery: On 10/31/21 at 1:45 p.m., sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Afton Road, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The incident is under investigation.
2021-3108, Domestic Battery: On 10/31/21 at 1:22 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 50 block of South Bereman Road, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. Monserrate Ramos-River, a 57-year-old female, from the 0 to 50 block of South Bereman Road was taken into custody for domestic battery. Ramos-River was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
