2021-3159, Hit and Run: On 11/06/21 at 11:28 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Bereman Road in Oswego Township for a report of a hit and run crash. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-3161/2021-3162, Criminal Damage to Property and DUI: On 11/06/21 at approximately 6:59 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 4000 block of Minkler Road in Bristol Township for a report of criminal damage to property. During the investigation, Laura A. Tinsley, a 25-year-old female from 100 block of Beauwick Drive in Montgomery, was taken into custody for criminal damage to property and driving under the influence of alcohol. Tinsley was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
