 2021-1062, Criminal Sexual Assault: On 04/23/21 at 8:37 a.m., deputies were advised of a criminal sexual assault that occurred in a residence in the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township. The assault occurred approximately 20 years ago. The investigation in ongoing.

2021-1064, ID Theft: On 04/23/21 at 2:26 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Pioneer Court in Oswego Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation in ongoing.

2021-1066, Battery: On 04/23/21 at 5:27 p.m., deputies responded to the 8400 block of Fox River Drive in Fox Township for a report of battery. The investigation in ongoing.

2021-1068, Hit and Run Crash: On 4-23-21 at 7:23 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Briarcliff Road in Oswego Township for a report of a hit and run traffic crash. The investigation is ongoing.

 2021-1070, Domestic Battery: On 04/23/21 at 10:32 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Oak Creek Drive in Bristol Township for a report of a domestic battery that occurred near Minkler Road and Route 126 in Kendall Township. Eduardo Martinez, a 59-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Oak Creek Drive Yorkville, was arrested for domestic battery and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  

2021-1071, Witness Harassment: On 4/23/21 at 1:00 a.m., deputies responded to the 5000 block of Grove Road in Oswego Township for a report of witness harassment. The investigation is ongoing.
