2021-2741, Possession of Controlled Substance: On 09/29/21 at 8:09 a.m., deputies responded to the 2400 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of disturbance. During the investigation, drug paraphernalia containing a suspected controlled substance was located. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-2741, Possession of Controlled Substance:

2021-2744/2021-2745, Driving while License a Revoked / In-State Warrant: On 09/29/21 at 2:15 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Fernwood Road near Fallcreek Circle in Oswego Township for disobeying a stop sign. As a result of the stop, Juan Manuel Juarez-Rodriguez, a 36-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Greenbrier Road in Oswego Township, was cited for driving on a revoked driver’s license and taken into custody on a Kane County failure to appear warrant for contempt of court (bond set at $2,500 full cash).

2021-2748, Stolen Vehicle: On 09/29/21 at 5:52 p.m., deputies responded to the Public Safety Center for a desk report of a stolen vehicle that occurred in the area of Route 71 and Walker Road in Fox Township. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-2749, No Valid DL:  On 09/29/21 at 7:05 p.m., deputies responded to a motorist assist at the intersection of N. Madison St. and North St., Oswego Township.  The driver, Jose G. Alegria, a 31-year-old male from the 200 block of S. Adams St., Oswego Township was cited for no valid driver’s license.  Alegria was issued a recognizance bond and released on scene.
