2021-1274, Criminal Damage to Property: On 05/14/21 at 9:16a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, Oswego Township, for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1275, Theft/Battery: On 05/14/21 at 10:53am, sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a theft and battery in the 1000 block of Route 30 in unincorporated Oswego. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1278 & 2021-1279, Property Damage Accident/Leaving the Scene: On 05/14/21 at 11:42a.m., Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 5000 block of Light Road, Oswego Township for a report of a property damage accident and leaving the scene of an accident. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1281, Battery/Attempted Criminal Damage to State Supported Property/Resisting Arrest/Trespass to Motor Vehicle: On 05/14/21 at 2:41p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Saugatuck Road, Oswego Township, for a report of battery and trespass to motor vehicle. During the investigation, Nicholas Luxich a 39-year-old male from the 20 block of Saugatuck Road, attempted to damage state supported property and resisted arrest. Luxich was transported to Rush Copley Hospital by Oswego Fire Protection Medics and upon release was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail.  Luxich was charged with battery, resisting arrest, and attempted criminal damage to state supported property.  Luxich’s bond was $1,500 with 10% to apply.    

2021-1283, In-State Warrant: On 05/14/21 at 8:18 p.m., Brandon M. Moss, a 41-year-old male from the 1000 block of N. Highland Avenue in Aurora was taken into custody on a no bond Kendall County warrant for failure to appear on retail theft charges. Moss was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
