2021-2937, No Valid Driver’s License:  On 10/15/21 at 4:47 a.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Fernwood Road and Pembrooke Road, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Maria Leon, a 44-year-old female from the 100 to 200 block of Braeburn Road, Oswego Township was cited for no valid driver’s license.  Leon was issued a recognizance bond and released on scene.

2021-2937, No Valid Driver’s License: 

2021-2943, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle:  On 10/15/21 at 7:14 p.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Fernwood Road and Pendelton Place, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Carlos O. Mauricio, a 44-year-old male from 0 to 100 block of Circle Drive East was cited for speeding, and unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle.  Mauricio was issued a recognizance bond and released on scene.

2021-2946, Driving While License Suspended: On 10/16/21 at 2:20 a.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 and Light Road, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Alex Alegria, a 19-year-old male from the 1000 block of Solfisburg Avenue in Aurora, was found to be driving with a suspended license. Alegria was cited and released on a personal recognizance on scene.
