2021-2778, Domestic Battery/Criminal Damage to Property; On 10/2/21 at approximately 12:35p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Heathgate Road, Oswego Township for a report of Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to Property.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-2778, Domestic Battery/Criminal Damage to Property;

2021-2781, In State Warrant Arrest and Resisting/ Obstructing Arrest: On 10/2/21 at 2:02p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Ashlawn Avenue in Oswego to serve an arrest warrant.  Randall Stafford, a 50-year-old male from the 0 to 99 block of Ashlawn Avenue in Oswego, was taken into custody on a Kendall County Warrant for Aggravated Domestic Battery and also charged with Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer. Stafford was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
