2021-3039, Traffic Crash with Injuries:  On 10/25/21 at 12:39 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 16000 block of Grove Road, Seward Township, for a report of a traffic crash with injuries.  The driver of one of the vehicles involved, Matthew Strangwood, a 39-year-old male from the 500 block of Buell Ave, Joliet was transported by Minooka EMS to Morris Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

2021-3039, Traffic Crash with Injuries: 

2021-3041, Possession of Controlled Substance:  On 10/26/21 at 12:12 a.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Eldamain Road and Schaefer Road, Little Rock Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Michael A. Cokinis, a 45-year-old male from Warrenville, was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Kendall County Jail.  Cokinis was also charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle in an unapproved container.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
