2021-3173, Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer: On 11/8/21 at 4:20 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of an Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-3173, Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer:

2021-3174, Domestic Battery:  On 11/8/21 at 5:55 p.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 0 to 50 block of Ottawa Court, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-3175, Fleeing and Eluding a Peace Officer: On 11/8/21 at 7:59 p.m., sheriff’s deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop at Route 34 and South Cherry, Oswego Township.  The operator of the vehicle did not stop and departed the area.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-3177, Criminal Damage to Property:  On 11/9/21 at 1:32 a.m., sheriff’s deputies took a report for a criminal damage to property which occurred in the 0 to 50 block of Seneca Drive, Oswego Township.  The incident is under investigation.  

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
