2021-1022, Driving while License Suspended: On 4/18/21 at 2:56 p.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Fernwood and Fall Creek, Oswego Township. The driver of the vehicle, Eduardo Hernandez-Cabrera a 21-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Pomeroy Road, Montgomery was cited for driving while license suspended and released on his own recognizance.

2021-1022, Driving while License Suspended:

2021-1023, Criminal Damage to Property/Trespass: On 4/18/21 at 3:12 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 8000 block of Millbrook Road in Fox Township for a report of criminal damage to property and trespassing. The incident is under investigation. 

2021-1024, Battery: On 4/18/21 at 9:18 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of North Cannonball Trail in Bristol Township for a report of a battery. The incident is under investigation.

2021-1025, Violation of an Order of Protection: On 4/18/21 at 11:23 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Hillstone Road in Oswego Township for a report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation is ongoing.
