2021-1291, Aggravated Assault: On 05/16/21 at 12:47 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of domestic violence in the 0 to 150 block of Circle Drive East in Oswego Township.  During the investigation, German Saraba, a 22-year-old male from the 2200 block of North Keystone in Chicago, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault to a peace officer.  Saraba was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing with a bond of $1,500 with 10% to apply.

2021-1291, Aggravated Assault:

2021-1292/1293, Theft/In-State Warrant:  On 05/16/21 at 3:57 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to 1100 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of a theft.  The investigation is ongoing.  During the investigation, David A. Cappadora, a 46-year-old male from the 1100 block of Light Road in Oswego was found to have a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear on driving under the influence charges.  Cappadora was issued a notice to appear for the charges.
