2021-1873, Child Endangerment: On 7/9/21 at 4:16 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0-99 Block of Fieldpoint Road, Oswego Township for a report of Child Endangerment.  The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1873, Child Endangerment:

2021-1876, Domestic Battery: On 7/9/21 at 8:38 a.m., sheriff’s deputies we called to the 0-99 block of West Anchor Drive, Oswego Township for the report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1884, Identity Theft:  On 7/9/21 at 5:04 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Bristol Ridge Road, Bristol Township for a report of identity theft.  The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1887/1888 Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident/DUI Alcohol:  On 7/9/21 at 9:33 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Grove Road and Reservation Road, Oswego Township for a report of a single vehicle crash and discovered the driver had fled the scene of foot.  The driver of the vehicle, Martin Rodriguez, a 44-year-old male from the 1200 block of Wabena Avenue in Minooka, was later located in the area.  Rodriguez was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, DUI Alcohol, and no insurance.  Rodriguez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
