2021-2166, DUI/Endangering the Life or Health of a Child:  On 8/16/21 at 10:17 p.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Boulder Hill Pass and Codorus Road, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Alise L. Hockett, a 36-year-old female, from the 0-50 block of Ridgefield Drive, Montgomery was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  Hockett was additionally charged with BAC of .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol, endangering the life and health of a child, and improper lighting.
