2021-2419, Criminal Trespass to Residence/Battery: On 8/31/21 at 6:33a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a battery in the 0 to 20 block of Circle Court, Oswego Township.  At the conclusion of the investigation, 21-year-old Teana Petrak, a 21-year-old female from the 23000 block of W. McClintock Road, Channahon, was arrested for battery and additionally charged with felony criminal trespass to a residence.  Petrak was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
