2021-2166, DUI/Driving while License Suspended:  On 8/7/21 at 4:39 p.m. sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 47 and Van Emmon Road, Yorkville. The driver of the vehicle, Angelica Gutierrez, a 36-year-old female from the 13000 block of Mallard Drive, Plainfield was taken into custody for DUI and driving while license suspended.  Gutierrez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  

2021-2167, Domestic Battery: On 8/7/21 at 4:29 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2300 block of Light Road, Oswego Township, for a report of domestic battery.  During the investigation Armani Moore, a 22-year-old male from the 2300 block of Light Road, Oswego was arrested for domestic battery. Moore was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
