2021-2560, Criminal Trespass to Property/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: On 9/14/21 at 08:34 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a disturbance in the 2500 block of Light Road, Oswego Township. After the investigation, Zackary A. Cherry, a 29-year-old male from the 7000 block of Grove Road in Oswego, was arrested for criminal trespass to real property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Cherry was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-2560, Criminal Trespass to Property/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

2021-2564, Domestic Battery/Battery:  On 9/14/21 at 4:40 p.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of Route 34, Oswego Township, for a report of a domestic battery and battery.  Gerardo Rivas, a 34-year-old male, from the 1000 block of Route 34, Oswego Township was taken into custody for domestic battery and battery.  Rivas was transported to Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-2567, Domestic Battery:  On 9/14/21 at 6:20 p.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 11000 block of River Road, Bristol Township, for a report of a domestic battery.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-2570, No Valid Driver’s License:  On 9/15/21 at 4:03 a.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 34 and Autumn Creek in Yorkville.  The driver of the vehicle, Jose A. Acosta-Barajas, a 52-year-old male from the 1000 block of Bonner Avenue in Aurora, was cited and released for driving without a valid license.
