2021-2723, Battery: On 9/27/21 at 2:22 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Caterpillar Drive for a report of a battery. The incident is under investigation.

2021-2729, Criminal Trespass to Property: On 09/28/21 at 12:47 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30, Oswego Township for a report of criminal trespass to property. Kyle Burnett, a homeless, 33-year-old male, was taken into custody for criminal trespass to property. Burnett was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
