2021-2456, Domestic Battery: On 9/3/21 at 7:06 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Pueblo, Oswego Township, for a report of a domestic battery. After investigation, Robert Phillips, a 36-year-old male from the 0 to 99 block of Pueblo, Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Phillips was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-2456, Domestic Battery:

2021-2457, Burglary: On 9/3/21 at 8:05 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 9000 block of Whitewillow Road, Lisbon Township, for a report of a burglary. The incident is under investigation.

2021-2460, Burglary to Motor Vehicle: On 9/3/21 at 9:11 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2000 block of Roth Road, Oswego Township, for a report of a burglary to motor vehicle. The incident is under investigation. 

2021-2466, Non-Consensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images: On 9/3/21 at 7:01 p.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 1400 block of Light Road, Oswego Township for a report of non- consensual dissemination of private sexual images.  The incident is under investigation. 

2021-2467, In-State Warrant:  On 9/3/21 at 8:01 p.m., Brandon M. Sgro, a 27-year-old male from the 1400 block of Light Road, Oswego Township was taken into custody on a Kane County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended.  Sgro’s bond was $3,000 with 10% to apply and a $75.00 FTA fee.  Sgro was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
