2021-2478, Battery: On 9/5/21 at 9:35 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 16000 block of Rogers Road, Fox Township, for a report of a battery. After investigating the incident, Bryan Leitner a 45-year-old male from the 200 block of E. 9th Street, Sandwich was arrested for battery. Leitner was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 

2021-2478, Battery

2021-2480, Theft: On 9/5/21 at 12:15 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Dolores Street, Oswego Township, for a report of a theft. The incident is under investigation. 

2021-2483, Hit and Run:  On 9/5/21 at 3:52 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to Route 25 and Boulder Hill Pass, Oswegot Township, for a hit and run.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-2486, Traffic Crash with Injuries: On 9/5/21 at 7:48 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 10900 block of Crimmin Road, Fox Township for a report of a roll-over accident. Ernest M. Baldwin, a 30-year male from the 48W700 block of Route 30, Big Rock, was treated on scene by Newark EMS for non-life threatening injuries.
