2021-3203, Criminal Damage to Property: On 11/11/21 at 8:16 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of North Bereman Road in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.
2021-3204, Domestic Battery: On 11/11/21 at 10:56 hours, deputies responded to a desk report of a domestic battery that occurred in the 0-99 block of Kees Lane in Little Rock Township. The investigation is ongoing.
2021-3205, Driving While License Revoked: On 11/11/21 at 12:29 p.m., deputies made contact with a vehicle in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive in Oswego Township that was parked in front of a fire hydrant. Upon investigation, Ricardo Gutierrez, a 42-year-old male from the 2300 block of Artesian Way in Montgomery, was cited and released for driving with a revoked driver’s license.
2021-3209, Possession of a Controlled Substance: On 11/11/21 at 3:00 p.m., deputies began an investigation into possession of a controlled substance in Little Rock Township. The investigation is ongoing.
2021-3211, Aggravated Speeding: On 11/11/21 at 8:12 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle at RT 34 and American Way in Bristol Township for speeding 70 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. Erik Ontiveros a 26-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Hampton RD in Oswego Township was cited and released.
2021-3212, Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding: On 11/11/21 at 9:06 p.m., deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding where the vehicle then fled the area at a high rate of speed. The investigation is ongoing.
