2021-3256, Domestic Battery: On 11/16/21 at 6:16 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township. After investigation, Gerardo Rivas, a 34-year-old male from the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Rivas was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-3260, In-State Warrant: On 11/16/21 at 9:46 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township to assist the medics with an individual experiencing a health issue. Contact was made with Kharie Hodges a 23-year-old male from the 300 block of Ogden Falls BLVD, in Oswego Township who was wanted on a failure to appear warrant for the Aurora Police Department ($3,000@10% $75 FTA fee). Hodges was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2021-3261, DUI: On 11/21/21 at 10:08 p.m., deputies investigated a suspicious vehicle at the 16000 Block of Route 47 in Lisbon Township. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Carter J. Slachetka, 26-year-old male from the 4000 block N. of Route Sheridan, IL. After investigation the driver was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
