2021-0875, Traffic Crash with Injury:  On 4/2/21 at 6:16 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to Plainfield Road and Simons Road in Oswego Township for the report of a traffic crash with injuries.  Miguel Aguirre, a 28-year-old male of the 2000 block of Brian Lane in Montgomery was transported by Oswego Fire Protection District Medics to a local hospital.  Aguirre was issued citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and following too closely.

2021-0877, Identity Theft:  On 4/2/21 at 9:10 a.m., sheriff’s deputies took a report of Identity Theft in the 0-99 Block of Leisure Lane in Oswego Township.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-0879, No Valid Driver’s License:  On 4/2/21 at 12:33 p.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at Route 34 and Douglas Road in Oswego.  Gabriela Oritz, an 18-year-old female of the 1300 block of Talma Street in Montgomery was cited for no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage.

2021-0880, 0881 Traffic Crash with Injury, DUI: On 4/2/21 at 7:35pm, sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle traffic crash with injuries on Millington Rd near Finnie Rd in Fox Township.  Ryan Hook, a 28-year-old male from the 200 block of Vine St in Millington was transported to Valley West Medical Center in Sandwich by Newark EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. Upon release from Valley West, Hook was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  Hook was also cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Improper Lane Usage, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
