2021-2478, Aggravated Assault: On 09/06/21 at 10:24 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township for a report of a man with a firearm threatening a neighbor. After investigation, Ricardo Ponce, 33-year-old male from the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township, was taken into custody for aggravated assault. Ponce was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-2490, Disorderly Conduct and ID Theft: On 09/06/21 at 6:34 p.m., deputies investigated a Disorderly Conduct report at the 7000 Block of Fairway Road in Na Au Say Township.  The victim also reported loss of his identification.  This case is under investigation.

2021-2491, Battery: On 09/06/21 at 8:30p.m., deputies responded to the area of Willow Lane and Park Lane in Bristol Township, for a report of a battery. The investigation is on-going.

2021-2493, No Valid Driver’s License/Curfew: On 09/07/21 at 2:20 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of N. Johnson Street in Big Grove Township. It was discovered that a female juvenile had operated a vehicle without a driver’s license and violated curfew. The juvenile was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license and received a referral for the curfew violation
