2021-0992, Theft:  On 4/14/21 at 4:45 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 1100 Block of Route 30, Oswego Township, for the report of a theft.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-0994, ID Theft: On 04/14/21 at approximately 11:33am, Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Ponderosa Dr., Yorkville in reference to a report of Identity Theft. The matter is under investigation.  

2021-0996, DUI:  On 04/14/21 at approximately 12:35pm, Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at Douglas and Plainfield Roads, Oswego Township. After the investigation, 60yr old Michael W. Arntzen was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, operating an uninsured vehicle, and failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash. Arentzen was transported to the Kendall County Jail.  

 2021-0997, Threats by Telephone, On 04-14-21 at 6:06 p.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the 0-100 Block of Front St in Big Grove Township, for a report of a telephone threat.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-1001, DUI/Speeding 26-35 Over: On 04/14/21 at 11:54 pm, Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone, near the intersection of Orchard Road and Tuscany Trail in Bristol Township. The driver Ryan Baumann, a 24 year old male from the 100 block of Dolores Street Oswego, was subsequently arrested for DUI, speeding 26-35 MPH over the limit, and transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking procedures.
