The first day of the summer-long event is May 28.

The smell of freshly cooked food and the sound of music will fill the air during the Beats and Eats event May 28, July 30 and Aug. 27 in Oswego.
On May 28, four bands will be playing beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Callaloo - 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Gizzae - 6 to 7 p.m.
The Roosevelts - 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Saints of Valory - 9 to 10 p.m.
But you’re probably going to need some food to go with all that music. The following vendors will be serving up food during the event.

- Kona Ice
- Page's Popcorn
- Brothermel BBQ
- Yum Dum Truck
- Grumpy Gaucho
- Dippin' Dots
- Mimi’s Chicago Humble Pie
- Senor Taco
Admission is free for each day during the summer and the gates open at 4 p.m. Alcohol will be available for purchase and an ATM will be onsite. The festival will continue July 30 and August 27.
