Man Charged With Credit Card Fraud at Oswego Businesses
Sandwich resident Patrick Porter has been charged with five counts of unlawful use of a credit card at several Oswego businesses, police said.

A Sandwich man has been charged with using someone else’s debit card at several Oswego businesses, police said Monday.
Patrick Porter, 40, of the 1200 block of Old Route 34 in Sandwich, is accused of using another Sandwich resident’s debit card at several businesses prior to January, police said. The investigation resulted in five counts of unlawful use of a credit card, a Class 4 felony, police said.
Porter was taken into custody on July 6 and later posted bond, police said. His next court date is August 20, according to Kendall County court records.
