Man Found Dead Near Violet Patch Park In Oswego: Sheriff's Office
Kendall County Sheriff's Office officials said they found a man unresponsive near the park, off Route 25. A death investigation is underway.
OSWEGO, IL — A man was found dead near Violet Patch Park in the 1600 block of Route 25 in Oswego Friday morning, Kendall County Sheriff's Office officials said.
Deputies received a call about an unresponsive man in the area, and upon their arrival found he was dead, officials said. Deputy Daniel Briars told Patch that there is no ongoing threat to the public or to residents in the area.
"At this time, there’s no suspicion of foul play being involved but again, it’s early on in the investigation," Briars said.
