Man Who Exposed Himself to Female Jogger Nabbed After Doing It Again: Cops
Police tracked the 33-year-old Yorkville man to his home after his description matched the one given in the first instance.

A 33-year-old Yorkville man who was arrested Friday, March 11 for exposing himself to a female jogger is believed to be the same man who committed a similar crime in late February.
Christopher A. Assmar, of the 300 block of Orange Street, was charged with one felony count of public indecency and one misdemeanor count of the same offense, Oswego Police Department Public Information Officer Cathy Nevara said in a press release.
At around 1 p.m. March 11, a female jogger called police after a male driver reportedly asked her for directions and exposed himself at Bloomfield Circle East and Colchester Drive. The incident is nearly identical to the one that occurred two weeks ago and the description of the man matched what was given before, according to Nevara.

During the investigation, detectives identified Assmar as a possible suspect and made contact with him at his home, where he was subsequently arrested at around 5:45 p.m., Nevara said.
Police believe Assmar is the same man who exposed himself in the Feb. 27 incident. In that instance, Assmar also allegedly called out to two children, who ignored him and ran away, according to Nevara. Assmar’s felony charge of public indecency stems from children being involved, Nevara said.
