Metal Knuckles Found On Student At GOAL Program: Oswego PD
The 18-year-old man was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a felony, and two misdemeanor offenses after the Tuesday incident.
OSWEGO, IL — An 18-year-old student was charged with multiple offenses after he was found in possession of metal knuckles while at school at GOAL Program, officials said.
Officers were dispatched to the alternative school, located at 4209 Route 71, after staff found the weapon on the student during morning intake. When police tried to arrest Camrom Colon, he resisted being handcuffed, according to a news release.
Police eventually secured handcuffs on the teen, of the 200 block of Presidential Blvd. in Oswego, and took him into custody. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, unauthorized possession or storage of weapons, and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Colon was taken directly to the Kendall County jail and was released on pre-trial status. He has a pending court date of March 20.
