“Mindful Meandering: A Walk in Tranquility”

On Thursday, July 13, Hilltop Gardeners will travel by carpool to Fabyan Japanese Garden in Geneva for a guided tour given by Hannah Walters. Hannah is the Director of the Villa Museum and the Fabyan Japanese Garden, who gave a presentation to the garden club in October of 2016. Members were so enthused about the Japanese garden after her talk, that they immediately began to plan a visit for their next field trip.

The tour will highlight the many plants, structures and philosophy behind the formation of the garden. There is no cost, but RSVPs are requested. Members and guests will gather at Hudson Crossing Park in Oswego at 9:30 a.m. and return approximately 12:30 p.m. For more information, email Valerie at vgierhart@aol.com.
