Minor Fails To Comply With No-Stalking Order: Oswego Blotter

Several people were also arrested and charged with speeding this past week.

OSWEGO, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Oswego police from Jan. 5 through Jan. 12.

January 5

Carlos A. Gorrola Castillo, 36, of the 7700 block of Montgomery Road in Montgomery, was arrested and charged with failure to reduce speed and no valid driver's license. Police also charged him with leaving the scene of an accident, which happened near the intersection of Wolf Road and Route 30 Dec. 7. No one was hurt in the crash.

A 17-year-old minor from Olympia Fields was arrested in the 100 block of Presidential Boulevard and charged with violation of a no-stalking/no-contact order.

January 6

Salvador De La Rosa, 43, of the 3500 block of Silver Fox Drive in Joliet, was arrested near the intersection of Plainfield Road and Grove Road. He was charged with speeding 26-35 mph above the limit.

January 7

Mica K. Ragusa, 27, of the 600 block of Darcy Avenue in Joliet was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. The charges are in connection to a no-injury crash that happened near Route 30 and Wolf Road Jan. 7.

January 8

Bryan J. Perez Santiago, 22, of Oswego, was arrested at his home address and charged with domestic battery.

January 10

Miguel A. Cielo Salinas, 29, of the 2700 block of Village Green Drive in Aurora, was arrested near the intersection of Route 30 and Douglas Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content over 0.08, no proof of insurance, illegal alcohol transportation, disobeying a red light and speeding 26 mph over the limit.

January 12

Damian Rodriguez, 33, of the 500 block of Woodlawn Avenue in Aurora, was arrested near the intersection of Orchard and Galena roads. He was charged with speeding 26-35 mph over the limit.
